    Cold swimming pool requires active swimming to stay warm. Jacuzzi much better. Breakfast options lack local flavors, lacking Bosnian coffee and variety for dietary needs like lactose-free or gluten-free. The hot tub also feels a bit cramped.

    the restaurant was large for breakfast here, i had warm dishes. the view of the town was particularly nice, greatly enjoyed it. the location was excellent and beautiful, close to a train station. you could walk to commercial centres and a large shopping mall.

    Facilities were good, though Wi-Fi was bad.

    The hotel is luxury and clean, the staff are competent, location is magnificent away from bus station. The rooms are well-appointed with good beds, so that guests have essentials. Overall good food, plus there is Ice Bar close by.

    The hotel has fantastic wellness and spa facilities. The large, clean room allowed me to unwind comfortably. Easy access to Mepas Mall made grabbing snacks and supplies easy. The friendly check-in staff provided a warm welcome that set the tone for my stay. Breakfast fell short of expectations. Options lacked freshness and didn't cater well to specific dietary needs. The seating area felt cramped, and , the coffee machine was out of order. While my overall experience was positive, improvements in breakfast quality would make it lovely.

    Dine at the Prestige restaurant for delicious room service and amazing views of the city! The fitness and wellness facilities are clean.

    The breakfast lacks variety and feels cramped! Some staff displayed indifference to special requests, quite disappointing.

    Big rooms with a spacious layout and a private bathroom. Loved the spa facilities like the indoor pool and sauna. The staff is super attentive and makes you feel welcome. Breakfast options were decent and the view from the room was nice too. They have an effective air conditioning system, great for a comfortable stay.
